Me and my husband recieved our federal taxes on XX/XX/XXXX made a couple purchases and account was frozen said they needed a copy of liscense submitted proof kept in contact with agents with no help they continue to tell me there was no way to contact proper per so via phone only email sent multiple emails to the right party reguarding this issues last night XX/XX/XXXX recieved an email that the account was permanently deactivated and I cant not receive funds nor can I contact them after recieving this email. There is over XXXX in my account I have a medically complex child with severe health issues who has appointments daily who can no longer make to appointments due to know transportation due to funds, XXXX other kids who can not make to school due to no transportation because no funds. I have followed up with multiple emails and they have yet to respond.
