I called chime bank on XX/XX/XXXX after I had gotten a notification stating there had been a declined debit card transaction from XXXX XXXX and the merchant is blocked in my account on XX/XX/XXXX I had them blocked as this is the second time this has happened to me now, well even with the notification and chime being aware that XXXX was blocked they still allowed them to make multiple unauthorized debits from my bank checking account on XX/XX/XXXX in the amounts of {$25.00}, {$30.00}, {$30.00}, {$30.00},, {$30.00}, {$10.00}, {$14.00} and {$22.00} for a total of {$190.00}. chime bank supervisors and customer service agents told me that when someone used my card that when the debit didn't go through for betmgm that they made another account just to be able to take my money!!! Now I don't see an establishment making a special account just to take my money but that's the excuse that chime bank gave me when I asked why they would have allowed them to take my money when they were blocked. Chime is now telling me I have to wait for these transactions to settle and then file a dispute that they won't stop the payments when they should have never let them even go through I'm beyond livid at how a bank could let a blocked merchant access XXXX of they're customers funds!!
