I have been dealing with a lot of harassment. I couldnt figure out where the people harassing me where getting the information from On XXXX XXXX said they received a claim for damages done on a car I dont own anymore. The claim was for damages done on XX/XX/XXXX ( my husbands birthday 2 years ago ). This was not a legitimate claim and is fraudulent. I just couldnt figure out where the people harassing me got the info. Then I got smart and remember XXXX. I previously was a debt collector years ago and used the database with my previous employer. XXXX claims that XXXX an attorney in GA filed the claim. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX Solutions to find out if anyone has been running reports on me. This is what I found : PayPal ran my PERSONAL information on : XX/XX/XXXX 3 times XX/XX/XXXX 3 times XX/XX/XXXX 3 times XX/XX/XXXX 3 times XX/XX/XXXX 3 times Then I thought to run my husbands too since the date of the claim was XX/XX/XXXX - his birthday 2 years ago. And low and behold look what we found : XX/XX/XXXX 2 times XX/XX/XXXX 2 times XX/XX/XXXX XXXX times XX/XX/XXXX 2 times And then because the harassment has been so bad and continuous in my life and I just couldnt understand why my predator knew so much about me, I conferenced my mother is as well and had her info run with XXXX XXXX Risk as well because she owns the house I live in, you wouldnt believe it : XX/XX/XXXX 4 times XX/XX/XXXX 4 times XX/XX/XXXX 4 times XX/XX/XXXX 4 times XX/XX/XXXX 2 times XX/XX/XXXX 2 times XXXX XXXX said that it was PayPal that ran it over and over and over again starting on the day of what I believe to be a fake claim with the intention to harass and upset me. There is no reason for PayPal to be running any of our information but especially that many time. I have to believe someone with this lawfirm XXXX or at XXXX knows someone who works at PayPal. XXXX assured me it was the same user among all of our inquires, I am very upset that PayPal is running my information over and over again and the dates are just far too coincidental to the complaints I have filed about the XXXX claim. I filed with the GA State Bar Grievance for XXXX XXXX. And I filed with the Dept of Finance on XXXX. I feel this information was not used for the intended purpose.
