I am writing to dispute the charge off that appears on my credit report for XXXXXXXX XXXX Account # XXXX for the amount of {$2900.00} which was obtained from your agency. I believe under the provisions 15.U.S. code 1681 ( c ) for this debt i still have not received a XXXX as proof or evidence thereof. And because of the that fact this debt is cancelled and should not be reflecting on my credit report or any past due balance as well if the debt was charge off. This would indicate inaccurate reporting on your behalf and therefore is a violation of the FCRA. Especially with the actual knowledge and notice of these errors and still reporting it.
