They were only trying to get medical information from me that they are not entitled to, they didn't want any information about the other multiple qualifying reasons for the insurance that was being paid for in the event of the listed events, they don't administer the insurance to begin with. They concealed the account number of the original creditors. Any information that I requested they said that I had to contact the original creditors to get. I also have joined a class action lawsuit for harassment by lvnv. The amount they claim is owed is almost 4 times the original debt. The attorney they are claiming to use has called me and been aggressive and demanding. I have told them not to call me and I have nothing to do with them. They have still called. There was no physical court dates in person to appear only a letter for a zoom hearing. My phone has been tampered with and I can't even access information to verify if anything is factual. Phonecalls are being redirected. Websites are also not reputable. Getting. Com where there should be. Government domains multiple addresses. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX After court date I received a document with no signatures at all supposedly mailed from new York? None of this makes sense. I was redirected here to cfpb from the ftc.gov website.
