I have lost access to my cash app account that has a balance on it and cash app will not allow me to access it because i do not have access to the phone number or email however i have verified my identity on that account as well as my new account so there should be no reason why i can't access it. my account that i can not access is XXXX XXXX and i have not been able to access it for months now. I emailed block inc and they told me that I should contact you guys. I have money on my account that I can't even spend because of the fact that cash app won't allow me to access it
