On XX/XX/year> a deposit was made for {$20000.00}. For whatever reason HSBC deemed it fraudulent they closed my account and claimed the money would be returned within 90 days. In XXXX they demanded XXXX XXXX, which the monies were originally came from, to send them a release of liability letter. Which they did. During this time I repeatedly called HSBC to get an update or response only to get a systematic reply which never amounted to any answers. In XXXX XXXX XXXX resubmitted a release of liability to HSBC and we still have not received a reply. We have tried connecting with XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX. None of who has contacted us. We were told that they would contact me within 24 hours without any results. They are ignoring me
