Regarding my complaint, XXXX, of an escrow refund of {$270.00}, I need to file a new complaint. I received a check of {$270.00} vis XXXX on XXXX and cashed the check at my local bank on XX/XX/XXXX. On XXXX XXXX I received another check of {$270.00} via XXXX ; needless to say I recognize the mistake and had no intention of cashing the check, however, on XX/XX/XXXX a " returned iem '' of {$270.00} was listed on my personal checking account without any notifcation to me. XXXX how the banking system backs each other up. Luckily I didn't shred the second {$270.00} check and will be depositing it in my bank account today. Such gross incompentence and backs up my statement of how quick Wells Fargo acts when it's a deficient on their account but slow running molasses to correct my account. I'm certain when I deposit my refund check today that it will be returned to Wells Fargo due to said gross incompentence. I'm tired of having to monitor my account so intently.
