PayPal XXXX XXXX ID XXXX I bought the XXXX through XXXX and paid to the seller through PayPal, but the seller sent me the damaged and irreparable Gundam. The seller promised that the XXXX was intact before, but he lied to me. When I asked the seller whether I could refund the XXXX, the seller also promised me, but later the seller lied to me. So I proposed to PayPal to review this case. After I sent all the chat records with the seller and photos of the damaged XXXX, PayPal actually refused to agree to my refund, on the grounds that I thought XXXX was damaged by me. However, I had all the chat records with the seller and sent them to them, and the seller admitted that the XXXX sold was damaged.
