NOTICE TO CEASE AND DESIST PLAZA SERVICES , LLC. Shall remove the listed fraudulent and misleading accounts below from my consumer report. Reporting these account and attempting to collect on these accounts is fraudulent, and is a violation of 15 USC 1692j It is unlawful to design, compile, and furnish any form knowing that such form would be used to create the false belief in a consumer that a person other than the creditor of such consumer is participating in the collection of or in an attempt to collect a debt such consumer allegedly owes such creditor, when in fact such person is not so participating. I believe PLAZA SERVICES< LLC Understand the accounts they reported to my consumer report using my Personal information was reported to create a false belief that I have an obligation to PLAZA SERVICES , LLC. You have 4 business days after receipt of this Notice to block all the fraudulent accounts furnished to consumer reporting agencies using my Personal information. Secondly you are also in violation of 15 USC Code 1692D ( 1 ) The advertisement for sale of any debt to coerce payment of the debt by sending the letter dated October 24, 2024 ( see exhibit A ) and you can also violated 15 USC Code 1692D ( 1 ) The use or threat of use of violence or other criminal means to harm the physical person, reputation, or property of any person. I hereby order you to cease and desist from attempting to collect these fraudulent accounts and cease all communication directly or indirectly through any medium including Consumer reporting agencies.
