I am writing to formally file a complaint against XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ) regarding their failure to properly credit one of my payments despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. The payments was sent to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX attorneys ( see below ) Between XX/XX/2024 and XX/XX/2024, I made a total of ten payments to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX ( see attachment XXXX ) .However, they have only credited my account for nine of these payments ( see attachment XXXX XXXX .I have verified that all ten payments were processed, and I have receipts confirming that XXXX XXXXXXXX successfully cashed them. I have contacted XXXX XXXX by phone at least twice to request proper credit for the missing payment. Additionally, I have submitted written requests at least twice, along with proof of payment. Despite my efforts, XXXX XXXX has ignored my requests and has failed to correct this error. I am now seeking the intervention of your office to help resolve this matter. Enclosed are copies of my payment receipts to XXXX XXXX. Enclosed is the statement where XXXX XXXX credit me with nine payments.
