On XX/XX/year>, my SoFi credit card was charged XXXX times for XXXX dollars ( {$490.00} in total ) at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. The transactions showed up as in person swipes. Ive never been to XXXX and have not traveled further east than XXXX in the past XXXX years. I get notifications when a transaction occurs on my card, and I called them XXXX minutes after the transactions took place. I explained what happened, the worker got me a new card ordered, froze my card, and told me that my dispute for the transaction was logged and to expect the adjustments within XXXX billing statements. No one reached out for XXXX billing statements and the transactions were not adjusted, so I followed up on XX/XX/year>. I was told the individual I talked to on XX/XX/XXXX did not enter the information correctly, and was assured it was fixed this time, then that this would be adjusted in XXXX billing statements. Again, XXXX billing statements passed and I called on XX/XX/XXXX. This time, the worker told me the previous individual did not check a box that needed to be checked, and that the adjustment would be adjusted within XXXX billing cycles. All XXXX instances I was told a dispute agent would call me and I have received XXXX calls. Sofi has all my contact information. My XXXX XXXX is through them and credit card. They should have XXXX problem contacting me. I work remote and can answer my phone whenever.
