To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report Capital One for unfair financial practices and request your assistance in obtaining a resolution regarding XXXX unjust late fees charged to my account. Despite my proactive approach in communicating my hardship and my long-standing good payment history, Capital One has unfairly penalized me, making it even more difficult for me to recover financially. Request for Resolution : I respectfully request the CFPBs intervention to ensure that Capital One : XXXX. Removes the XXXX late fees ( {$40.00} each ) from my account. XXXX.
