No XXXX XXXX I went into my bank XXXX and requested a H.E.L.O.C. Filled out the application and submitted it to XXXX XXXX XXXX for an approval of my loan. I did not believe that it would be a problem, because I knew that my score was XXXX from trans Union credit agency, reported my score to XXXX XXXX as XXXX. I knew that it had to be a mistake, so I had XXXX submit my application a second time on XXXX XXXX where it came back a second time as XXXX from the same company Trans Union . After speaking to my bank. I called Trans union on XX/XX/year> and spoke to and employee by the name of XXXX. Who instructed me. To speak to my bank again. So, I am writing this complaint to resolve this. This has caused me great stress and money because I was unable to acquire the loan. I have enclosed the documents from my bank and Trans Unions. I would like to take legal action against the company that is responsible for my damages.
