XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX I keep disputing the late payments for XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. However, Experian has updated the incorrect months. They updated XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX as ND ( No Data Available ). Please update these months to what they were before as current. For the month of XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I have sent supporting documents to show that the payments were not late. Based on consistent reporting pattern, each months payment has historically been reported the following monthfor example : XX/XX/XXXX payment reported on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX payment reported on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX payment reported on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX payment reported on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX payment reported on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX payment reported on XX/XX/XXXX. However, this pattern was not followed for XXXX and XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX was reported to the credit bureaus on XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, resulting in late payments on my credit report. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. Please investigate with the provided supporting documents. You are negatively affecting my credit score due to inaccurate reporting. According to the FCRA, Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ), you are required to delete all information that are inaccurate, incomplete, or which can not be verified IMMEDIATELY from my credit report. Please send me an updated credit report within 30 days of this letter.
