This is now the second time I am bringing this up, and I am beyond furious that Experian continues to ignore my rights under federal law. How many times do I have to repeat myself before Experian actually does its job? I previously disputed the unauthorized and fraudulent account ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ), yet Experian recklessly refuses to remove it from my credit report. This is not just incompetencethis is willful noncompliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), and I will not tolerate it any longer. I never authorized this account. I never consented to it being reported. Experian has absolutely no legal right to continue reporting this account! Under 15 USC 1681b, there is no permissible purpose for Experian to include an unauthorized account on my file. Yet here it is, still damaging my credit, despite my previous dispute. Under 15 USC 1681i ( a ), Experian is legally required to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation, yet this fraudulent account remains on my reportwhich proves Experian is not investigating anything! 15 USC 1681e ( b ) mandates maximum possible accuracy, yet Experians continued misreporting proves a total failure to meet that standard. Additionally, under 15 USC 1681s-2 ( a ), furnishers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data they report. Right now, Experian and its data furnishers are blatantly ignoring their legal obligations! I am demanding the immediate and permanent deletion of this fraudulent account. I expect written confirmation that it has been removed and an updated credit report reflecting this correction within 15 days. Since Experian has already failed to act, I am also demanding a full method of verification under 15 USC 1681i ( a ) ( 2 ). I want the exact details of how this account was verified, who confirmed it, and where the information came from. If Experian can not provide a valid and documented verification, then the law requires you to delete this account immediately!
