XXXX XXXX # XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX I requested an investigation into this account, after your investigation the errors on this account were still not fixed, so on XX/XX/XXXX I requested a re-investigation on this account, but the errors still weren't fixed. So, on XX/XX/XXXX I pointed out the errors still on this account, and I asked you delete this account due to the continued errors I pointed out. You sent me an email saying that your were going to delete this account like I requested. But I still saw this account appearing on my credit report. So on XX/XX/XXXX I attached the email you sent me saying that this account has been deleted, even though it is still showing up on my credit report. I am not sure why you would say you are going to delete this account, but not delete it even after I showed you the email that you sent saying you were going to delete this account? Then on XX/XX/XXXX I asked why is there no data XXXX of XXXX? How can you know if I was 30 days late in XXXX, if you don't know what I did in XXXX? Also, why do you have so many inconsistencies with the other credit bureas on this account. According to the FCRA if you can't make the account complete and accurate, and it is not consistent information across the credit bureaus it should be deleted. So, why haven't you deleted it yet, especially when you sent me an email stating it was deleted? I would still like this information. If you can't provide this data, I would like this account deleted, because XXXX is showing different data, and according to CFPB and the FCRA if data on an account is not in alignment with all the credit bureaus, then the data furnisher ( XXXX XXXXXXXX ) must not be providing accurate data, and that is grounds to delete an account.
