Attempted to cancel card. Get placed on hold and told that only a supervisor can cancel. Also asked for my terms and card agreement and was told they only have to send it once, they already sent it so they wont send it again they are refusing to give card agreement and wont let me cancel and are changing monthly & yearly fees on a card with no balance
