Loan established with XXXX XXXX For vehicle : XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX for an original balance of {$16000.00} The first Payment due XX/XX/XXXX of {$390.00} is made early on XX/XX/XXXX via mobile app. Pausing auto pay features. Auto Pay then proceeds to withdraw on the 2nd due to the time window, causing XXXX XXXX to duplicate the payment that was already received for the account. As the consumer, I reached out to the XXXX XXXX team to fix the issue, was informed that the payment was a system error. ( FIRST MISTAKE ) following this event XXXX XXXX inaccurately reported a balance to, Transunion, XXXX, of {$14000.00}. Following this issue XXXX XXXX reported increases of the balance by an additional {$1100.00} to {$15000.00} ( also an inaccurate Balance ) Reaching out to fix these system errors I am told my only option for their inaccurate reporting is to file a dispute with XXXX XXXX with no security of this issue not recurring. Following this issue there is an additional Balance Increase reported XX/XX/XXXX via Transunion, XXXX, from {$15000.00} to {$16000.00}. These negligent reporting acts have decreased my credit from XXXX to XXXX in a matter of 90 days. The current Balance for account ( XXXX ) is {$15000.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX which is NOT CURRENTLY REPORTED TO CREDIT FILES. Each month has been a BALANCE INCREASE reported, while payments have been made on : XX/XX/XXXX - {$390.00} XXXX {$390.00} XXXX {$390.00} Interest charges : XX/XX/XXXX - {$140.00} XXXX {$40.00} XXXX {$54.00} XXXX XXXX {$390.00} ( error by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX {$96.00} XXXX {$180.00} False Reporting/ INNACURATE REPORTING/ NEGLIGENT WITH CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION/ INACCURATE CURRENT REPORTED ACCOUNT BALANCE
