I was providing information regarding Texas State Section 392.101 of Texas Finance Code prohibits a third party debit collector or has to obtain a surety bond. Information from XXXX, XXXX and XXXX reporting same information. I call at the company at the following phone XXXX on XXXX and again at XXXX XXXX call started out well. When I was trying to explain about the surety bond XXXX XXXX got upset. He told me once I located the information to call back. I located information at XXXX person put me on hold transfer to voice mail, which I left. I tried calling right and was block. XXXX XXXX stated that the collection does stop, if I request. I need this matter be taken care. I actual did not move into the property. I did apply and accepted but change my mind about living there.
