On XX/XX/XXXX, I filed a complaint about the inaccuracies on my credit report. On XX/XX/XXXX, the complaint was closed saying that they didn't have enough information. In between these dates, I received a letter in mail saying that they investigated the issue which does not align with their reasoning for closing the complaint. If they are able to send a letter in the mail then they have the information that they need to fix the issue. Equifax said they completed an investigation, but I do not feel like a thorough investigation was conducted. In Regard to the XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX accounts on my account, Equifax keeps changing the reported information. The close dates for the accounts keeps changing which should not be a thing and they also do not match with the other credit bureaus alleged close dates. There should be only one correct date. The high balance also does not match the other credit bureaus balances. There are a lot of others items reported on the accounts that do not match across the three bureaus. I have the right to accurate reporting and I am not receiving it.
