I got a hotel off of a XXXX on XX/XX/2025. Upon arriving at the hotel, the man at the front desk didn't think to check my reservation and charged my card. In additional {$110.00}. Due to their not being a manager on the property. I waited until the next day when a manager was there for them to? Reverse the charge on my card. And to which they did, I have documentation from the company i've called their corporate and they are not holding those funds cuz it was an accidental charge. Cash app, however, will not release my funds because they claim.That the hotel still has them pending. And that isn't accurate, and I have provided the information in the documents that Cash App has requested of me to be able to get my money and I've informed them what kind of duress they're putting me under and they refused to provide with any documentation or solution for any issue that. I have. They literally just stopped talking to me.
