Th bank is WELLS FARGO. Last statement was on XX/XX/year> and in the stetement they mentioned inactive account and they might forfeit the money in the account. IThey cancelled my online access and when calling over the phone they told me that they could not verifiy me and they would not provide any information. I have called several numbers and different ocassions without any result. I had {$9900.00} dollars in it. Unfortunately I am abroad, and I am XXXX and I could not travel to a branch for help.
