XXXX WELLS FARGO LIED. Wells Fargo closed my account, depriving me of my livelihood and creating a stressful situation for our family. On XX/XX/XXXX, we provided the information required to update our bank account. I attached an email showing that papers were received for the second time on XX/XX/XXXX. WELLS FARGO lied. They restricted my accounts due to professional incompetence. They received the documentation required to verify compliance with US sanctions, laws, and regulations. I see complicity and disrespect here. XXXX needs to know. We are definitely being mistreated. The CFPB did not see my attached email, which confirmed that I sent the papers. I am attaching it again.
