I made a chime account because I needed a bank for my XXXX benefits so I thought I could trust chime it being a bank and there were just non stop unauthorized transactions and they always allowed me to file a dispute but never resolved any unauthorized transactions that occurred I have documentation and evidence from the merchants through via email explaining what has occurred and that the transactions were unauthorized. I was not able to summit them due to them closing my account to stop any resolution in my case. Which is honestly illegal I provided evidence police report numbers etc and still nothing was resolved they dont help there customer they allow people to hack into peoples accounts and drain there wallets then give you the run around for weeks I had unauthorized transactions with XXXX and they returned my money next day .theres no excuse to take over 2 months to resolve my case its like nobodys even trying to help people resolve these fraudulent charges and I want chime to fix this and return my stolen funds which were used on my chime account totaling over XXXX XXXX dollars.
