I am submitting this follow-up complaint regarding Experians failure to provide any substantiating evidence verifying the accuracy of the disputed late payments on my credit report for XXXX XXXX account XXXX ..... Additionally, Experian has not provided any updates within the required XXXX window, as mandated under 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). Violations of Federal Law : 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) Failure to Conduct a Proper Reinvestigation Within 30 Days Under this statute, a consumer reporting agency must investigate disputed information and provide a timely update. Experian has not provided any evidence supporting the accuracy of the reported late payments nor issued an update to my dispute within the required timeframe. This non-compliance warrants the removal of the disputed information. Since Experian has failed to provide documentation verifying the accuracy of the reported late payments or update my dispute within the legal timeframe, I am requesting immediate removal of these entries under 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ), which requires the deletion of disputed information if the accuracy can not be verified. I respectfully ask that the CFPB enforce Experians compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and require them to either : Provide clear and documented proof that the reported late payments are accurate, OR Immediately remove the disputed late payments from my credit report, as mandated by federal law. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution in accordance with consumer protection laws.
