Consumer Narrative

I reported two collection accounts and other accounts in which the one 's I have listed were not properly investigated and unlawful changes were made in between the time frame of when making the dispute/complaint XX/XX/year> with in cfpb and when equifax closed the case without properly investigating. When checking my credit report I noticed changes with the accounts equifax made in order to keep things on my credit report without investigating them. For the accounts that were previously only listed as XXXX XXXX XXXX it was changed and now listed as XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX is not listed as XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX is listed as XXXX XXXX XXXX. Then for the collections accounts in Equifax listed as XXXX XXXX XXXX Equifax completely removed the original creditor name from the listed collection to make it look as if I didn't dispute or make a complaint about the original creditor. Equifax stated they made a investigation and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX verified they were my accounts. I have submitted information to Equifax with documentation asking for the paperwork showing these accounts were verified as mine. They did not provide me with any paperwork of wet signature, documents, etc. In my previous complaint/dispute from XX/XX/year> in my cfpb portal .I stated of the breaches and my identity was stolen and used. XXXX XXXX could not have stated to Equifax that they verified this account as mine as Equifax stated in their closing remarks when I received a email from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year> asking me to send them my current drivers license and my identity theft report by email in which I did. So Equifax was untruthful and did not properly investigate that account or any other accounts they listed in their remarks that I am sending another complaint about. These accounts were not even investigated they went in and changed the information ( from the names and removing the original creditor from the listed account ). If you go back and look at my previous statement on my previous complaint I wrote those account names down based on how Equifax was reporting them at the time I made my CFPB complaint. I have 2 letters from credit one that are attached to this complaint and credit one stated they investigated and found that I was not responsible and requested for the credit bureaus to remove this accounts/collections from my report in which Equifax did . So, if these other accounts were open around the same years and carried on as mine and credit one did a investigation and found out those accounts were not mine the others are not mine either. If I wrote all these other companies and submitted the same documentation to them that I submitted to credit one and they have not responded to me with no paperwork or verification that those accounts were mine and it has been over 90 days that shows something is not right. Equifax could not have done a proper investigation. Equifax has lied and were untruthful in my previous complaint which is very unlawful on their behalf. In my CFPB account under one of my CFPB complaints/ case numbers that are still documented. I submitted this identity theft report before explaining these same issues that covers what I have mentioned. Even I have statements in my credit reports about the identity theft. Documents in which I have mentioned in this statement and spoke about are attached to follow up on what I have mentioned
