Collection agency is still in violation and using tactics to keep collection on my credit file. Agency closed out the account but did not remove account from my credit file. Agency is already in violation for not being licensed in florida were i reside therefore they should have never reported the collection account to my report. I request CFPB get involved. i am giving this matter 4 business days to be removed. attached is proof of what jefferson did.
