On the Morning of Saturday XX/XX/year>, I contacted TranUnion customer service phone number for results from dispute in XX/XX/year> for inaccurate credit reporting of the 2 accounts called XXXX XXXX XXXX. TransUnion has verified this account for over a year as accurate but these 2 accounts were removed from both XXXX and XXXX for inaccurate information on my credit reports.I am led to believe that TransUnion is using AI technology to address consumers disputes which is not accurate as this has been a complaint by many consumers. The live agents arent fully investigating these disputes as they are verifying inaccurate accounts in consumers credit reports.
