I canceled service with XXXX XXXX due to them no longer offering a service I needed. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I got a final bill in the mail it was paid and equipment was returned. Now nearly 2 years later I got a phone call from Sunrise collection company saying I owed XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I said I never received anything from XXXX XXXX about any unpaid balance and I verified my account was cancelled, paid and the dvr receiver equipment was returned. So i disputed this with sunrise via on the phone and email and never received my requested verification of this debt from XXXX XXXX This was fraudulently placed on my credit report now I am getting letters from another agency also claiming to be first party with XXXX XXXX and not a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX asking for me to send another email of dispute to them. I will do that but this is a violation of FDCPA. I am dispute and filing a complaint on this invalid debt. Remove it from my credit and cease collecting attempts.
