This account is Identity theft, Discover has been informed multiple times. Discover has misled in regards of the fraud process, documentation proving identity theft was provided and also sent via mailed format. My name is NOT XXXX XXXX, I am NOT and never have been associated to XXXX, my address is NOT XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I have never been associated to said address. This is discrimination and misleading on Discovers part, I am now being harassed my Discover, Representatives have failed to resolve correctly. This is also racism as I am XXXX. I have been more than cooperative, providing every document requested by Discover yet they have not marked this as fraud, leaving the possibility open for whoever stole my social and committed this atrocity to potentially reuse their services, unacceptable. This is Negligent and Discover needs to be stopped. Additionally all credit bureau XXXX, XXXX, XXXX violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Discover, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX are negligent non-compliance, 15 U.S.C. 1681o. Please delete this account immediately from my credit reports.
