o Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this formal complaint against Barclays for their refusal to open a billing dispute regarding a charge of {$810.00} from XXXX XXXX, citing an arbitrary and unreasonable submission deadline of 10 days. This refusal is in direct violation of Regulation Z of the Truth in Lending Act ( TILA ) ( 12 CFR 1026.13 ), which grants consumers 60 days from the statement date to dispute a charge. Despite my multiple attempts to contact XXXX XXXX regarding this unauthorized or improper charge, the merchant has failed to respond or provide resolution.
