I contacted them XXXX about accessing an old cashapp account with XXXX XXXX I informed them I do not recall the email or password for the account. And offered to provide verification of identity with social account username and photo ID. Their automated system would let me go no further without email and phone associated with the account. No option to verify identity with social and ID or photo verification. This is unacceptable customer service.
