The money take so long for came true in my account so I decide go straight to the bank and for my surprise the bank close my account in XX/XX/XXXX. The bank told me can't tracking any swift transfer, so my mommy decided pay investigation in her brazilian bank and the brazilian bank provide the XXXX, the XXXX the XXXX from new York confirm the fifth third bank accepted the money. I contact fifth third bank and the customer service say don't know what I'm talking about, do not recognize the XXXX, now I don't have the money, the fifth third refuse give my money back dont have any refund money number or nothing.
