XXXX This complaint details my inability to close my account. Wise responded, today, by stating they would close my account. However, wise refuses to pay out my account balance in US Dollars. This would presumably mean I'd pay a conversion fee ( as stated by wise ) and need to once again convert my receiver funds back, incurring another fee.
