Consumer Narrative

I am filing a complaint against Experian, Equifax, and Transunion for failing to properly investigate my disputes regarding the removal of fraudulently accounts with ( XXXX XXXX account # XXXX {$5700.00} and XXXX XXXX account # XXXX {$3000.00} ) that are reporting on my credit report stating its been VERIFIED and I want to know why! Despite my submission and requesting a METHOD OF VERIFICATION these accounts are continuing to report inaccurately after you claim to have verified it within 24 hours. I have reason to believe that Experian, Equifax, and Transunion failed to conduct a re-investigation which may also contravene the Consumer Financial Protection Act ( CFPA ), 12 U.S.C 5536 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( a ) - ( b ), as highlighted in the CFPB 's recent administrative processing ( File No. 2025-CFPB-0002 ) against them for similar violations. Please explain to me how your agency has " so-called '' verified these accounts? How did you verify it? Who did you talk to in the creditors office, did you send them a copy of my findings along with my FTC report number XXXX, how did you sent it to them, did you fax, mail it, use the same mailing address and/or telephone number listed on the credit report that I have.. what did you do? And furthermore, what steps did the agency take to ensue the creditor actually investigated my dispute rather that just fraudulently tell you that its been verified. The FCRA says that you have to tell me within the required timeframe if I ask. So no more generic response I am asking for SPECIFICS on exactly how your agency actually verified these accounts that erroneously reporting on my credit report. If you can not provide it then shame on you because that would NOT be a proper investigation on your part as you are required to conduct. Any automated response verification is unacceptable! I am requesting a METHOD OF VERIFICATION. Be aware that I am making a final attempt to have you clear up this matter. XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX represents a very serious error in your reporting as these are fraudulent accounts that I never opened nor gave my consent to. I'm maintaining a careful records of my communication with you and request that the CFPB take action to ensure Experian, Equifax, and Transunion complies with federal law.
