XX/XX/2024 I sent out a validation of debt letter to Aldous & Associates. They claim to have bought debt from XXXX XXXX and claim that I owe them {$96.00}. As part of my validation letter, I asked for the original agreement and they failed to provide my signature and covered it with it saying " digital signature '' and also a blurred photo of the member that they claim to be me. I do not own a XXXX XXXX account and I do not live in XXXX, CA. I live in XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX and my accurate phone number is XXXX I did not even know the account number of this claim until it was provided by the collection company. My gym is 24 hour fitness for the last 5 years and my gym membership with them is still active. I do not attend XXXX XXXX. I am applying for an apartment and this is damaging my credit score. I need this removed. The company has also failed to provide me with their license to collect debt in California. They are located in Utah.
