This is a supplemental and final complaint - United Auto Credit Corporation ( UACC ) has violated multiple federal and state consumer protection laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) XXXX U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) and ( b ) for failure to report accurate and timely credit information, FCRA 1681 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( C ) for prohibited reinsertion of previously deleted tradeline, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) 15 U.S.C. 1692e and 1692f for deceptive and coercive collection practices, FDCPA 1692c ( b ) for unauthorized third-party disclosure by contacting my brother, who is not a cosigner or authorized contact, the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) for misrepresentation of contract terms and failure to disclose material facts, and the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act ( CLRA ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and XXXX ( a ) ( XXXX ) for misrepresentation of loan terms and failure to maintain reasonable business practices.
