I submitted a complaint to XXXX XXXX showing they are reporting late payments on my credit. I provided all my bank statements to show that i paid more than what is asked, and before the payment due date. However, they have reported " no payment or late payment '' i called asking why they are reporting late payments, but they said, " payment rejected ''. If payment is rejected then why haven't : 1 ) the Company emailed, called me and say we apologize sir, but your payment did not go through? 2 ) anytime my payments reject, my bank notifies me either with email or a call saying payment returned. where is the returned money? where is the rejected payment stated on my monthly statement? it does not show because I called the bank and they even said that all my payments went through. So, if my payments went through, why is XXXX XXXX rejecting them? i asked a few lawyers I know, and they told me sometimes companies will scam extra money out by rejecting the payment, then try again after the payment due date so the consumer has to pay late fees. Well, it seems this is what XXXX XXXX is doing because all my bank statements, bank tellers i spoke to all stated all my payments went through, and any time someone rejects the money, I am supposed to get it back, but nothing was returned to me. After making a first complaint, XXXX XXXX returned that they are the ones looking into the matter and OfCourse found nothing wrong. I want an outside source looking into this matter because I have bank statement proof that i paid more than the amount and before due date.
