In about XXXX of XXXX, I tried to receive a cashapp from my brother, but there was something wrong with transaction. We reached out to cashapp and were connected with a representative. This person was able to gain access to our accounts and added people to the receivers lists and began making transactions from our accounts to theirs. One transaction was for about {$700.00}. I changed my banking information to stop the fraud. After that, I contacted cashapp again and was never contacted back. Another incident happened in about XXXX of XXXX where my information was compromised again somehow and someone was able to open their own cashapp using some of my information. My cashapp was then closed in XXXX. I have been contacting cashapp since then to find out what happened. Every rep that I speak with ( via email or chat ) has not given me any information, and will not tell me why my account is closed! I am being denied any opportunity to open another cashapp even though I explained that I was scammed and that I want to see how to resolve the issue. I will upload a picture of the emails that I get with not clarification or anything. When I reply, I get the same message, but from a different person.
