What occuured is that I recieve a email about a debt that was presented to the orginal creditor as fraud.The creditor was XXXX XXXX, which supposedly sent the debt to the company or collection angency call Alliant Capital XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX, which inidctaed that to dispute this debt I had until XXXX, which I disputed the whole amount because it was fraud and the information was changed after this account was open.The account was open XXXX XXXX and the information was changed after opening of this account XXXX 5,2021.With Alliant Capital XXXX XXXX there was a timeframe to dispute this amount until XX/XX/year>, which I disputed the whole amount on XXXX XXXX, because of fraud after opening of this account.It is reporting on my credit report after sending Alliant Capital/XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX the police report , FTC report that relates to this fraudulent account and a written affavidait that was signed and notarized in XXXX of XXXX about how the account was open after changing the account information after opening in XXXX XXXXThe account is showing up on my XXXX credit report and showing up on my XXXX as closed account.This account was from XXXX XXXXXXXX which I have tried to fix this account with XXXX XXXX as well when XXXX sent an email on XXXX XXXX that I do not have an account XXXX XXXX and thank me for appyling.XXXX sent an email stating thank me for applying which I did not apply for this account on XXXX XXXX have already submitted a complaint with the CFPB about XXXX XXXX
