I had my car repossessed a few years ago with all of my personal information inside. I recently noticed unfamiliar accounts on my credit report while trying to apply for credit loan. I reached out to Experian and Equifax to get verification on the accounts. I asked them to provide the original contracts with my signature because I know the signatures will not match mine. To date they have refused to do so. I have filed an identity theft report with local police and FTC. I have reached out to the debt agencies via mail and ask them to provide the contacts as well but they have not done so to date. These are loans that are in my name but I didn't apply for.
