My XXXXXXXX bought a car from BMW financial and I co-sign for her and later the car got repossessed without my knowledge and later she paid the balance owed on the car and cleared out the loan but BMW financial has refused to honor their agreement to stop reporting the account on my credit report even though the loan is paid and account has been closed and fully paid they still reporting it on my credit report since XXXX to hurt me.
