With my XXXX XXXX company I kept them informed on my situation ( job loss ) and made partial payments when I could. Every time I made a payment nobody at the company told me partial payments do not count it counts as a late payment and will eventually lead to me losing my loan. I only found this out when I was again going to make a full payment this time. I was only behind a small amount and was going to pay it in full to catch back up since I have a job now. And they told me they sent it to collections. I told them that no one told me this I have receipts they can see it as well and they told me. I can pay my loan in full. Pay a large amount for 3 months or sell it trade it or refinance and refund is not an option for me currently since my credit is also in a bad spot. They are u willing to reinetate my loan after I told them I can backpay everything right now and is making things extremely harder than it can be. They also won't defer a late payment to help me pay nothing. They also keep negatively impacting my credit by submitting the claim continually almost everyday.
