Social Security Number : XXXX To Whom It May Concern : This is my second time writing you to update my personal information. 15 USC XXXX ( a ) ( XXXX ) There is a need to ensure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy I demand a deletion of all personal identifiable information from my consumer credit report with the exception of : XXXX.
