XXXX of XXXX I sent my mortgage company new rez /shell point an endorsed check from my insurance company for damages caused by a storm. I told them to just apply to my loan first my past due amount then the remaining to the balance. I got the work completed and had my final inspection the first week of XXXX and everything past and was done the standard inspector. The mortgage company hired said they would inform them and they could release the funds which is never happened. I informed them to they release the funds. I wasnt making another payment. Its going on nine months and they havent released it. Ive had the VA involved. They wont give anybody an answer and now theyre trying to foreclose on my property And when I started looking at reviews online, theres XXXX negative reviews for this company for almost identical situations I have reached out XXXX I have spent countless hours on the phone with them and they just pass you around till your phone call gets disconnected or someone hangs up on you or they just tell you theyre not gon na help you
