I recently received a copy of my credit report, and I noticed that some of the information on my report should not be on my reports and are a violating of the law. The account ( XXXX ) with XXXX Reported : XXXX XXXX 2025 {$11000.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX Account info Account number XXXX Original creditor XXXX XXXX BANK XXXX Balance {$640.00} XXXX updated XX/XX/year>. I never gave anyone consent or permission to sell my information which is against the law to do so the first violation that was committed was the FCRA XXXX 15USC & XXXX. They were to notify me of this in writing XXXX days prior, I was never notified as the original creditor, only I can validate this debt. Therefore, the following accounts must be deleted from my reports immediately. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) the following accounts :, has violated my rights 15USC XXXX states I have the right to privacy ,15USC XXXX Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written consent and instructions. I am not liable for this collection they have not provided me with the original contract as I have requested several times. 15 USC XXXX ( a ) ( XXXX ) ( i ) states transactions and experiences between the consumer and the person making the report are not included in the " consumer report ''. By Law, the IRS defines a charge off accounts as cancelled debt that you have to pay taxes on meaning the charge off accounts are now earned income for me the consumer. Collections & Charge offs accounts over {$600.00} reporting to my consumer report is tax fraud. By Law companies are supposed to send me the consumer a copy of the XXXX from the accounts that has been charged off written as loss. The collection is now income by IRS law states that income can not be reported as debt. Please remove these accounts from my report this is against the law and is considered tax fraud.
