XXXX had never used proper or reasonable means to notify me my loan payments were resuming in XXXX XXXX. I had not received any calls at all. I found later after they reported they had a decade plus email on file and send lt communication that I was past due. They never reported a missed payment once to the credit bureau instead I only found out about this as my credit score I built up to XXXX was destroyed as they went right to delinquent rather than attempting to notify me of the issue. Once I found out I immediately brought the acct current and set up autopay.
