I have been attempting to work with XXXX XXXX for years to settle this debt. On my credit reports and XXXX XXXX reports, the debt listed is a different amount than what they claim I owe them. They refuse to accept anything less than what they claim I owe them, even though the reports clearly indicate a lower amount by over half. These people operate in bad faith. They have filed a judgment against me, used to call me and harass me weekly, call my employer and harass him, and have threatened to renew the judgment at the end of XXXX years, when this amount owed is trivial. They refuse to validate the accurate amount of debt and allow me to pay it with the security of knowing it is accurate and going to be taken care of.
