XXXX setup a payment for automatic draft on XX/XX/XXXX for {$790.00}. I was notified by Stellantis via email on XX/XX/XXXX the payment was returned by my bank. I made another payment on XX/XX/XXXX for {$820.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX two payments {$790.00} & {$820.00} posted from bank account. It shows I still owe a payment for XXXX and I should not. Stellantis has two payments but only giving me credit for one payment. I have sent in proof called and emailed multiple times and still have no resolution. I was told give it 24-48 hours for the system to update weeks ago, and still nothing. My accounts is now showing past due and I am afraid incorrect information is being reported to the credit bureau.
